Ticket To Ride Beatles Quotes
I bought a Beatles book last year before I went to Canada. That was September – October 2008. I can recall because I brought it along with me during the trip.
The book is called “Ticket to Ride: Inside the Beatles’ 1964 and 1965 tours that changed the World” by Larry Kane.
I never had the chance to read that book maybe because I was busy with work or super excited that I was in Vancouver.
Anyway, I picked up the book again and began reading it (again). I will be posting quotes of the Beatles here for every Beatle fan’s enjoyment. I certainly hope Larry Kane and his publisher is OK about it.
Here’s the John Lennon’s response to Larry Kane’s question – Is there any particular memory you would like to cherish from this trip?
John Lennon – “Well, just the whole thing. It’s been fantastic. We will probably never do another tour like it. It could never be the same as this one and it’s probably something we will remember the rest of our days. It’s just been marvelous.”
